AiVII will take every field of data that you provide and make it useable and impactful for you, how and when you need it. Imagine as a Skills Coach logging into the platform in the morning and you can see easily which of your apprentices have yet to complete active learning, which apprentices have got a progress review due in current and next calendar month that doesn't have one booked?

It doesn't stop there though, if you have the data, it can also tell you when the apprentice typically logs into the system, or when they usually have their progress reviews, significantly aiding with the administration burden that they face.

As a delivery manager, you log in to see which learners are due for completion, which learners are at risk of withdrawal, which learners haven't completed active learning and so on for all of your coaches and with a click of a button it is filtered to just one coach.
